Having your hair cut at home has never been more popular.

Images of the 'mobile hairdresser' being part of the blue rinse brigade is a thing of the past.  Today, Freelance Hairdressers have fantastic training opportunities available to them and are represented by a  recognised body known as the Freelance Hair and Beauty Federation of which I am proud to be a member.  The Federation demand full qualifications and insurance as part of membership which gives peace of mind to the customer and the industry.

With the longer hours people are working and the ever increasing demands on our time, many people are choosing to have services done in their own home that would normally have required a journey to town which meant either taking children along or arranging childcare, finding a parking space (!), waiting in a busy waiting room etc etc... eating into valuable leisure time and raising stress levels.

Of course the simple solution is to arrange for someone to come to you - you can get on with your day relaxed and happy.
